"Thank you for your skill and hard work in contributing to the successful completion of the refurbishment of the Beckenham Place Park project.  The feedback on the final product has been 100% positive and I personally think what has been delivered has been one of the best Ash projects.  It is worth noting the original recommendation to the Council was to demolish the buildings.  The fact the buildings not only survive, but have been significantly improved, is a credit to all aspects of the subcontractor, supply and design teams."
